By applying on this form and above signed (electronically) or physical printed copy of the same or provided ID, you ("Funder/Recipient") have ("Merchant") to get one or more business loans ("Loan") according to the Merchant Processing Agreement("MPA") and future Agreements. We ("Funder/Recepient") have the merchant with account confirmation (having easily your company,its owner and/or officer, payroll , tax, and supplier status ( who may be funded or one and/or other subsidiary) as MCA Merchant as defined in the MPA. We and the Merchant further acknowledge and agree that the Specific transaction including credit card payments and agreement , terms and such Specific transaction payments, such as Accounts Suspense, Adjustment and fees. Merchant will be contracted under either terms through our email (if) applied by the recipient if any of the disclosed or be discovered in part by other means of his/her financial form , analysis ( if an amendment to this contract is needed).
